The 2025 Chameleon Herpeton is a 1oz Ultra High Relief 38.6mm Proof made by the Le Grand Mint with the highest minting techniques available in partnership with the country of Liberia, Limited to a 999 worldwide mintage the coin comes in a domed capsule held in place inside a Floating stand with a certificate of authenticity.
The 2025 Chameleon Herpeton proof is a contemporary representation of the Chameleon in perfect harmony with the company’s charming style.

The reverse: of this silver coin depicts a chameleon about to devour a dragonfly. Its tongue stretched out, frozen in the instant before the lethal grip. A single second between life and death.
The obverse: of the coin shows the Tail of the Chameleon leaving this final 2D dimension and around the obverse, the inscriptions: “REPUBLIQUE DU CAMEROUN”, the issuing country, “1000 FRANCS CFA” – the face value, “1 OZ 9999 ARGENT PUR” – the weight and the fineness of the pure Silver and “2025” – the year of issue.
Packaging
The coin comes in a domed capsule which is held in place along with the coa in a plastic show stand, this arrives inside a cardboard sleeve which is extremelly tight around the stand and the stand needs to be carefully pushed out of either end so as to avoid ripping the cardboard, alternatively you can try to just open the cardboard at the seam on the side but this might rip & you might need to dap some glue on it should you want to seal the stand inside the cardboard again.Once the Floating stand is out you can attach the 2 feet to it to stand it up or if you want to open the stand and carefully take the coin in its capsule out there is a thumb button on the bottom of the stand which you can lightly press in to flip the top up, please be careful especially with the cardboard sleeve!
