Sir Percival coin is the third issue of the new Camelot BU Edition series.

Sir Perceval, also known as Percival of Wales, is among the most important Knights of the Round Table. His story is one of spiritual maturation, faith, and moral awakening. Unlike many Arthurian heroes, his path is not based solely on valor but on inner transformation and the pursuit of understanding the mystery of the Holy Grail.

The coin, weighing 1 ounce and measuring 38.61 mm in diameter, carries a face value of 2 Dollars and has legal tender status in Niue. Struck to a Proof standard, it features a mirrored field and a precisely finished relief. The piece is delivered in a plastic capsule along with a certificate of authenticity.

Obverse depicts the coat of arms of Niue placed at the center of a composition styled as a top-down view of a round wooden table. The crest is surrounded by the shields of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table. Around the rim are inscriptions noting the face value of 2 Dollars, the year of issue 2026, the weight, and silver fineness.

Reverse shows a scene from the legend of Sir Perceval—the moment a lion battles a serpent in a forest clearing. Guided by honor, the knight pierces the serpent with his spear, siding with the forces of good. The dynamic composition emphasizes the drama of the scene, and its symbolic nature alludes to the hero’s spiritual journey toward the Holy Grail.
