COIN INFORMATION

This is the ninth coin of the new African Lunar series series released by the BH Mayer’s Mint, packaged in individual plastic wrapping.

The year 2025 belongs to the snake and is seen as a time of deep reflection, wisdom and inner development. Snakes have a reputation for being philosophical thinkers who are patient and prone to pondering. The Chinese zodiac sign of the snake falls in the years: 1917, 1929, 1941, 1953, 1965, 1977, 1989, 2001, 2013 and 2025.

The official currency of land-locked, East African country, Rwanda is the Rwandan franc, which is subdivided into 100 centimes.

The obverse: of the 2025 African Lunar Snake 1oz Rwanda Silver Bullion Coin is the Coat of Arms of Rwanda. The coins value is also shown on the obverse, along with multiple different inscriptions that are written in the Rwandan native language. The coins country of origin is included at the top of the Coat of Arms, which is marked by the inscription: REPUBLIKA YU RWANDA.

The reverse: of the 2025 African Lunar Snake 1oz Rwanda Silver Bullion Coin shows the figure of the titular snake and information on the weight of the coin, the purity of the bullion used and the year of mintage. In addition, the reverse side features the inscription “YEAR OF THE SNAKE”, “LUNAR OUNCE”..
