Struck in limited mintages, these symbolic bars celebrate and mark the anniversary of His Majesty King Charles III’s accession to the British throne.
In celebration of the anniversary of His Majesty King Charles III’s accession to the British throne This one ounce silver bar features His Majesty The King’s royal cypher topped with the Tudor Crown, as well as an intricate design that depicts the heraldic symbols of the United Kingdom. Struck to bullion standard, each bar is enhanced by innovate finishes and high-quality craftsmanship.
The reverse: shows on top the logo of the royal Mint, which incorporates a crowned Shield of the Royal Coat of Arms of the United Kingdom. On three lines to the right, The Royal Mint ®, At centre, the Royal cypher: C III R (in Latin: Carolus III Rex, meaning Charles the Third, King). The monogram is crowned with the Tudor Crown, On two lines below, the precious metal content: 1 oz 999.9 FINE SILVER (one troy ounce of 99.99% silver),
The obverse: features the heraldic symbols of the United Kingdom. At centre, the Tudor Crown; it was destroyed in the 1640s, but is still sometimes used for royal portraits, including on the First Crowned Portrait of King Charles III. The crown is overlaid on a cross dividing the design into four parts, each with the heraldic animal of one of the four constituent countries of the United Kingdom; the four ends of the cross are topped with the respective national flowers. From top left, these are: the Lion of England and a rose, the Unicorn of Scotland and a thistle, the Red Dragon of Wales and a leek (it is an emblem of Wales but not the national flower, which is the daffodil), and an Irish Elk and a shamrock for Northern Ireland,

Sadly Martin’s warning was spot on. Received my bar this morning and there is a small indentation below the dragon which must have been caused during pressing. Such a shame as it is otherwise a very nice design……was going to go for 3 stars but didn’t want this to reflect on Martin or his service as he was upfront about the condition of these bars…
Shame RM seem to be going downhill fast with their bullion quality….
