The motive features Marge and Maggie Simpson standing in front of the family home at 742 Evergreen Terrace. In addition, the design includes the signature of Matt Groening and the traditional mintmark “P” of the Perth Mint.

The reverse features the effigy of Queen Elizabeth II as well as the denomination, the fineness and the year of issue. Since 1987, ‘The Simpsons™’ has been broadcast on television. In 2018 the series reached an incredible milestone, becoming the longest-running prime time scripted show in television history.
