The 2016 Silver Britannia 1oz Silver Bullion Coin comes in an individual protective Coin capsule or the original Mint Tube.
COIN INFORMATION
The reverse features Britannia; a human depiction of Britain from the Roman era. The coin shows her with a trident, and has a new background effect to mimic waves which doubles as an anti-counterfeit measure.
The obverse side of the coin bears Her Majesty The Queen’s portrait, as created by Jody Clark and introduced in 2015. The Queen is wearing the King George IV State Diadem – the crown worn for the State Opening of Parliament – as well as special Diamond Jubilee drop pearl earrings.

I have to agree with the others feedback, by far the best Britannia coin yet. The Royal Mint gets its fair share of criticism but credit where it’s due, they’ve pulled off a masterstroke with this one. Finally, I can’t pass up my praise of Martin, his customer service goes beyond the call of duty for want of a better phrase.

Yep, a nice coin. Pity Royal Mail seem to be surprised at Christmas – Martin dispatched it the day after ordering, arrived eight days later!
